1) Use a cloth which is lint-free, soft and non abrasive (100% cotton is good). After that you can use a dishwashing liquid, just use few drops to clean your jewelry. Wipe it gently and if your stainless steel jewelry has a brushed finish, wipe along the grain so that you will not have uneven shiny spots on it. Lastly, do not soak your jewelry in the water, instead use warm water which has no liquid and wipe the jewelry clean.
2) If your jewelry needs more work, you can use a toothbrush with just a little bit of tooth paste . This is a good way to clean those hard to get areas such as in between grooves, if you do not want to use toothbrush, you can use cloth with a little bit of toothpaste.
