The Claddagh ring is a traditional Irish ring given which represents love, loyalty, and friendship. The hands represent friendship, the heart represents love, and the crown represents loyalty. Can't get any sweeter than that aye?

Created 0.6 carat Alexandrite sapphire from Switzerland, this is the birthstone for the month of June, and the anniversary stone of 55th year of marriage. It is also considered Friday’s stone, or the stone of “Friday's Child.”

It does not share the ancient history and lore of most other gems due to the fact that it was first discovered in the 19th Century. The name Alexandrite comes from the fact that the gemstone was first discovered in the emerald mines near the Tokovaya River in Russia’s Ural Mountains in 1830s, on the day of Prince Alexander II of Russia’s birthday.

Only a ring this gorgeous and made with such intent can be the perfect gift, for your special lady.
